Rising Tide did an absolutely amazing job with our yard from the start. Jaden came out to quote our job and was very respectful and excited to help us make our dream yard come to life. Jaden worked with me around all of my ideas and was very thorough in offering options, concepts, materials and listened when I had some wild ideas, and was honest with his answers when I had questions. Jaden even was able to whip together a great drawing to help us visualize the details of the yard which was very helpful. The team were quick to get us scheduled and get the job started once we were ready to go. The team working on the yard were very hard working and kind, willing to listen to our questions and help. All in all, we are very happy we went with Eric and his team at Rising Tide and will be happy to recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Rising Tide did such an amazing job on my renewed front yard! I had some ideas about what I wanted, but Jadon helped put the finishing touches on the entire project and it came out better than I ever expected. The curb appeal is beyond what I imagined. They were timely, within our budget, communication was stellar, and both Eric and Jadon delivered exceptional customer service and follow up on top of such professionalism installation. Thank you for making me love my front yard! Including before and afters to show how amazing it turned out!!

I can't say enough good things about Jadon and his team. Jadon was incredibly professional and responsive to all of our ideas and dreams. He not only made sure our plans came to life exactly as pictured, but he also helped us with all of the initial design ideas. He was great about checking in with us to make sure we were happy with the process along the way. His crew was quiet and respectful in the morning and if they needed me for something they would knock on the front door which made me feel safe and respected as a stay at home mom. But my favorite part was when one of our extension cords got mixed up with their supplies he made sure to order us a replacement which is not a common step a lot of companies make today. We will be using them for all future landscaping needs as well as referring them to anyone we meet with the same needs.

We enjoyed the process and are thrilled with the results. Jadon suggested a front walkway concept that we hadn't thought feasible and it has become one of our favorite aspects of our renovation. Mark was responsive, courteous, and offered useful insight in selecting and arranging various plants. Daniel was a talented mason and built a beautiful barbecue. Edgar was friendly and always eager to please. We would use Rising Tide again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

My husband and I spoke to 5 landscape companies to transform our backyard. The first one said I'll get back to you in a week with my quote. We are still waiting. Two companies gave us verbal quotes. The 4th company said it would take a week or two to receive the quote. Their quote with paver installation was extremely high. Jadon Wilson with Rising Tide Landscapes met with us, listened to our ideas, designed the layout and we had our quote before he left our house. The transformation included removing two trees, stump grinding, travertine laid over existing patio, 900 sf artificial turf with a travertine border and new palm trees and plants. The installers led by Dante arrived as communicated to us by Jadon. The installation team were prompt, courteous, and responsive to my concerns (I had a lot because I'm that type of person.) Jadon communicated promptly and kept everything on track. Dante was very easy to work with. Kudos to David who cut the travertine to fit around our support post. We were very impressed by the team's attention to detail and they listened to music we could not hear in our house. My husband communicated with Eric who was also attentive to our concerns and expectations. Our dogs have given Rising Tide Landscaping their paw of approval. We highly recommend Rising Tide Landscaping to anyone wanting to transform their outdoor space.
